Last Thursday, I had the distinct pleasure of being able to host a webinar with special guest Bryan Robertson, the Managing Broker of Catarra Real Estate in Northern California. Not only is Bryan a great friend, but he also has all sorts of cool stuff in that brain of his.
When we saw each other at the California Association of Realtors® Expo in October, he told me that his talk went well, but that after the talk agents stayed to ask him to provide more details on how to optimize Facebook ads to get seller leads.
Facebook has all sorts of cool analytics that help you to make some really pinpointed and targeted ad campaigns. Sometimes they are a little tricky to manage, but Bryan told me that he had cracked the code. “Let’s do a webinar and record it,” I said. Luckily, Bryan was all in.
We had tons of people on the call last Thursday (many of our mutual friends from ActiveRain), and we were so thrilled to be able to share this easy-to-organize method of obtaining more local listings.
